1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ShiftDock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ShiftDock is a workforce management application designed for logistics and warehouse operations. The App provides shift scheduling, timesheet tracking, payroll estimates, and push notification features for administrators and workers.

3. User Accounts

• Users must be invited by an organization administrator to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Roles

The App supports two primary user roles:

• Administrators: Can create organizations, manage workers, assign shifts, and access reports.
• Workers: Can view assigned shifts, clock in/out, and track their timesheets.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others
• Submit false or misleading information

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by ShiftDock and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Payroll estimates provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as official payroll calculations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
